Estates and Facilities Supporting Officer - Soft FM

An exciting opportunity to join the Trust Estates and Facilities Directorate to support us in the monitoring of the Soft Facilities, TFM Contract at King George Hospital & satellite sites.

You will be responsible for physical daily monitoring of the Soft FM service elements of the TFM Contract (Domestic /Portering & Patient Catering ) provided by our external provider MITIE.

The post holder will be responsible to the Soft FM Contract Manager and will be key to ensuring feedback on service standards required under the contractual obligations.

Applicants are required to be flexible as the role requires some earlier morning starts for advanced planned audits.

Hospital experience is required, however full training will be provided.
