We have a fantastic opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join us, supporting our UK&I Senior Leadership team from our Warrington, Cheshire office.
This is a fast paced, confidential, yet highly rewarding opportunity where your support will ensure our senior leaders time is effectively managed, to make sure they can operate at their best effectively and efficiently.
You will provide comprehensive day to day support, covering all aspects of administration and coordination.This will include diary management, organising meetings in any region with consideration to time zones and cultural aspects, thoughtful travel planning, expense/timesheet management and inbox management.
You will be expected to take ownership on key tasks which could include arranging and coordinating a range of internal and external conferences as well as welcoming and supporting guests during visits.
You will have daily interaction with internal and external clients and as such will need to have superb communication skills.
You should feel comfortable doing everything that is needed to successfully schedule and execute a meeting from start to finish, from selecting a date and inviting the appropriate attendees to clarifying the agenda and sending follow-ups, to-dos, key dates, or recaps.
About You
We're looking for a resilient Personal Assistant with proven experience supporting senior levels and their diaries. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety and complexity.
The ability to prioritise workload and have foresight of potential conflicts before they arise is a key skill which will help you be successful in this role.
In addition to this, someone who can empathise, is personable and discreet will do well in this role.
You must be comfortable working to tight deadlines, turning work around within a short time span and are able to react to change at short notice.
You are highly communicative, fast and efficient. You are quick to learn and have an acute understanding of the high confidentiality requirements of the role.
You will be privy to sensitive information, so professionalism and tact is critical.
Finally, you are educated to a minimum of Diploma standard or equivalent, coupled with Advanced MS office and general tech skills are essential.
Prior experience with Oracle will be an advantage.About Stantec
