Description
We have a new opportunity for a Proposals Support Specialist to join our Proposals Team within Asset Finance.


As a Proposals Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily inputting of all new manual proposals and proposal amendment requests in a timely and efficient manner, whilst ensuring the smooth delivery of service to our brokers.

We offer a flexible and hybrid way of working, meaning you can work part of your week from home.


What you'll be doing

  • Input and search all Introducer proposals in a timely and efficient manner meeting the department KPI for input times.
  • Ensuring all key searches are carried out and prioritised in the underwriting queue meeting department KPI for input times.
  • Share cross training feedback to build knowledge and enhance the service proposition
  • Provide support to our Introducers, Credit team, Sales, Sales Support and New Business Originations to ensure that the proposals procedure is being carried out efficiently whilst maintaining quality
  • Prioritise further information received in connection with an original proposal and escalate to original underwriter for a decision on a timely basis

What we're looking for

  • Great attention to detail
  • Experience of working in asset finance, or other office based role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be given
  • IT literate
  • Good team player who is proactive in their work
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
