Payroll Bureau Administrator to join a fabulous financial organisation in their Woking office.
Joining a great team of individuals, this client focused payroll position will offer varied and diverse opportunities to undertake an entire payroll process, from start to finish, for a portfolio of clients.
You will be responsible for processing annual, monthly, quarterly or weekly assigned payrolls and, as a Senior Administrator, you will support and advise junior and new administrators.

Key responsibilities as the Payroll Bureau Senior Administrator will include:
- Accurately processing client payrolls
- Supporting the onboarding process agreed with clients and set up payrolls to the system
- Implementing new payrolls and procedures
- Assisting with training and supporting team members
- Assisting with the implementation and roll out of quality control checks and system enhancements
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience within a payroll bureau min. 2 years
- CIPP technician is preferable but not essential practical experience will be considered
- Strong IT skills including MS Office and database management
- Experience with either STAR/Iris or PayCircle is advantageous
- Full knowledge of current, relevant legislation
- Experience of various pension providers' websites i.e. NEST, Royal London etc.
- Good understanding of BACS payments, time frames and processes
- Confident communication skills and the ability to liaise at all levels
- Ability to build relationships with clients confidence in a client facing role
- Organised and a keen eye for accuracy
- Proactive team player
