Description
Reporting to the Head of Commercial you will effectively process all Sales Estimates as directed for Norwich Aluminium.

You must possess excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence; you will be liaising with customers and suppliers as well as communicating with other internal departments.

You must also present a strong attention to detail and be methodical in your approach working within a high paced Sales & Estimating environment.


  • Process quotation requests through Genesis / ReynaPro, adding in supplier quotes where applicable.
  • Assist Design and Contracts departments with project queries.
  • Meet clients in the office/showroom to present products, discuss requirements, talk through quotes and offer technical advice.
  • Create Genesis/Reynapro quotation document for new enquiries
    Create a digital quotation file for new enquiries

  • Create paper version of quotation file and print all relevant documents.
  • Respond to customer requests for digital information on products.
  • Supply simple CAD details of products for clients when requested.
  • Offer and justify potential discounts and cost savings for customers in order to 'win' the order
  • File completed quotations
  • Provide Managing Director and Finance Director with relevant figures when required.
  • Provide Head of Contracts with requested information for variations.
Experience required.

Salary dependent on experience.

£26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
