Corporate Trainer

Job Description:


SYTECH is seeking an enthusiastic corporate trainer for the development of internal competency and proficiency management, and for the delivery of external CPD certified training courses to our public sector and corporate clientele.


Your goal as the corporate trainer will be to conduct in-person and online informative training sessions both internally and externally and for the development of innovative training packages.


Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with department managers to identify SYTECH's current and future training requirements.
  • Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
  • Devise, create and adapt mixedmedia training materials such videos, presentations, infographics, and hard copy guides.
  • Schedule appropriate training sessions.
  • Oversee and conduct seminars, workshops, individual training sessions.
  • Management and delivery of induction programme for new employees
  • Competency and proficiency management, ensuring employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.

Qualifications, experience and skills:


  • Proven experience in a teaching role/position.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create mixed media training packages.
  • Proficient in MS Office (esp. PowerPoint); elearning software is an asset.
  • Solid knowledge of the latest training techniques.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Certification (e.g. CPLP) is a plus.
  • Full Driving Licence, as travel between sites is an essential requirement of the role
Salary negotiable, dependent upon experience.

Desirable skills:

Forensic related degree

Experience in implementing/managing an ISO quality system in a Digital Forensics environment
