Account Manager (Trainee and Experienced)

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Account Managers. Our company is a rapidly expanding equipment hire specialist that services the construction, FM, and events industries. This is a unique opportunity to join astart-up company that is on track to become an industry leader.


Working from our newly fitted out offices in Gunwharf, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and developing new business.

This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional serviceto ensure maximum profitability for the business.


As a trainee or experienced Account Manager, you will receive 1-2-1 training and support from our Directors to help you reach your full potential.


Job Role

  • Manage multiple customer accounts
  • Outbound sales calls
  • Attend industry related events
  • To provide advice to the customer as appropriate.
  • To record information accurately using bespoke in house systems whilst highlighting the unique requirements of each job and maintain customer CRM records.
  • To work on a number of jobs at any one time
  • Negotiate prices with suppliers & customers
  • Developing strong relationships and rapport with customers. You will ensure the customer receives exceptional service
  • Experience is providing a high standard of customer service.
  • Any form of Sales experience, including B2B sales, B2C sales, recruitment consultants etc.
  • Experience in managing accounts would be beneficial.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities to sell products/services
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Good negotiation skills.
