Our client is a leading company within their industry and due to continued growth, they are looking to expand with the addition of a CustomerAdvisor.

****Role Details:

  • Monday
  • Friday 08:30 17:00
- £18,750**The day-to-day job includes:
  • Providing Excellent Customer Service
  • Handling Inbound & Outbound Enquiries
  • Survey Booking and Administration Tasks
  • Daily PC use to produce and update documents
  • Surveyor Diary Management
  • Answering telephone calls
  • Updating the database & collecting marketing information
  • Maintenance of records and filing
  • Arranging development calls for surveys
