Our client is a leading company within their industry and due to continued growth, they are looking to expand with the addition of a CustomerAdvisor.
****Role Details:- Monday
- Friday 08:30 17:00
- Providing Excellent Customer Service
- Handling Inbound & Outbound Enquiries
- Survey Booking and Administration Tasks
- Daily PC use to produce and update documents
- Surveyor Diary Management
- Answering telephone calls
- Updating the database & collecting marketing information
- Maintenance of records and filing
- Arranging development calls for surveys
