- what you'll be doing

We are looking for a finance business partner dedicated to the Out of Home (OOH) channel to come and join the UK Commercial finance team.

These customers vary from coffee shops to the Co-op, and wholesalers to Whole Foods* - they are not only beacon accounts for our products but also the best way for us to connect and learn from our drinkers.

You will be the finance business partner to the Head of OOH providing all the information we need to ensure we are setting and delivering the best strategy through our OOH accounts.

You will partner the Customer Managers within the channel as well to ensure we deliver that strategy and keep things on track.

You will work on customer agreements and make key investment decisions to ensure we get the most bang for our buck.

With an eye for detail coupled with an understanding of the big picture you will provide insight into how our OOH business is doing and challenge the commercial teams to deliver on both scale and substance that not only sets up to deliver the year, but also delivers against our longer term ambitions too.

Alongside your weekly trip to the shops and the fast paced nature and variety of the OOH world there will never be a dull moment in the role.

Experience as a finance business partner in the Retail / FMCG world
Confident and clear communication with multiple stakeholders both inside and outside of finance
Strong Excel skills and proven expertise with management accounts and processes (forecasting, & reporting)
An eye for detail from reviewing the fine print in customer agreements to understanding what accruals we are holding and why you need to be all over the numbers
Ability to work at a high level of accuracy independently

Be at the heart of our OOH business working closely with our commercial and cross functional customer teams to get more drinks in more people's hands
Be a key part of the OOH leadership team, helping to drive key commercial decisions and shape the choices for the future
An understanding of how each difference OOH customer contributes to the total OOH financials as you support the delivery and management of the overall OOH P&L
