Hours of Work - 48 Hours per week (Any 5 days out of 6)

Approximately 250km of travelling per day to the Midlands, Shrewsbury, Banbury, Milton Keynes and other locations where required

Rate of Pay - £35,667.84 per annum

Our CDC plays a pivotal role in the success of our business and are responsible for ensuring that we deliver to an extensive network of local customers.

As a multi-drop driver, you will ensure the timely, efficient and accurate delivery of our products to all of our valued customers.

Our delivery drivers are the daily point of contact with our customers, it is essential that their deliveries are accurate, and any shortages or errors are reported promptly, ensuring all paperwork is maintained correctly.

As an Alliance Healthcare delivery driver, you will be the face of the company whilst delivering our products and as such health and safety will be paramount to you.

You will always therefore be expected to maintain a safe a competent standard of driving.

Key Accountabilities

Understanding of WTD and hours management.
Correctly sorting and delivery of orders on multidrop.
Correct distribution/storage of trays/bins.
Adherence to loading and checking off procedures, Product scanning
Maintain standards in accordance with Health & Safety policy.
Damages awareness and procedures.
Understanding productivity and Driving standards, Microlise
Importance of security.
Maintaining a good standard of housekeeping.

What your background should look like

You will have previous experience as a Delivery Driver, Multi Drop Delivery Driver, HGV Driver or similar and have a willingness towards being flexible and supporting other team members as required.

Key Requirements for the role

Digital Tachograph
Up to date Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
Full Driving Licence with C+E Entitlement
No more than 3 live points on your driving licence
