An exciting opportunity to join the Business Admin Team providing a comprehensive administration service to colleagues based within Spectrum's wider Corporate Services Team.

This is a new role to the team which will enhance the administraion provision to our colleagues in the Contracts Team and the Business Development Team, in addition to providing ongoing support as directed.

The post holder will have excellent administration and communication skills and be an experienced minute taker, which will be a primary function of this role.

In addition, they will have excellent IT skills with an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Main duties of the role will include: Facilitating a number of meetings producing the agenda and papers, taking accurate, concise minutes to a high standard within specified timeframes Proactive management of action logs, trackers and spreadsheets Proficient diary management, scheduling meetings and confirming attendance at events Collating information from various sources to produce documents / reports Proof reading Researching tender opportunities and tracking activity
