Seeking a Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join an exciting business in Gloucester.

This is an brilliant opportunity to join an award-winning estate agent, earning over £1000 per month in commission on top of your base salary, offering an OTE of £30,000.

THE ROLE:


  • Property viewings
  • Negotiating offers
  • Communicating with landlords, vendors and buyers
  • Booking viewings and appointments
  • Promoting properties to potential buyers
  • Generating additional business
  • Carrying out property valuations after qualifying period

WORKING HOURS:

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm

(Some Saturday work, with a day off in the week)


SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:


  • Sales/lettings experience
  • Excellent customer service
  • Sales or negotiating experience
  • Motivated and driven
  • Full driving licence and access to own car is essential
