Our clients, a well-respected Estate Agency, are seeking a New Homes Advisor to work on a new homes development based near Braintree.

The position will require a professional and articulate individual with a proven track record in new homes and experience working as a New Homes Advisor.

A strong background in customer service is essential, alongside the ability to close for business.

Working hours:

As a New Homes Sales Advisor, you will be required to work Thursday-Monday, 9.30 am-5.30 pm

The successful New Homes Sales Advisor will be offered:

Basic salary of up to £27,000
Up to £500 per plot
Other incentives/bonuses

To be considered for the New Home Sales Advisor role, you must have the following:

New Homes experience
Experience working on site
Strong background in customer service
Ability to close for business
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Key tasks of a New Homes Advisor will include:

Registering potential purchasers
Attending viewings on both completed homes and onsite.
Dealing with offers and working to deadlines.
Sales Progression
