Our Client are an Electrical equipment supplier based in Newbury.
Description
This Administrator & Warehouse Support role includes the following duties:
- Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders via Goods In, Goods Out systems.
- Overseeing stock control and processing customers orders. This will entail reeling and "cutting cables" to length and packaging.
- Keeping stock control up to date and reporting this.
- Invoicing once goods have left the warehouse.
- Arranging couriers and finding the best rates and most efficient and quickest delivery methods
- Customer queries
- Ensuring we are working to ISO standard as per our procedures
- Responsible with warehouse security along with the rest of the team
- Support within the warehouse and stock room
- 80% administration, 20% warehouse support
Profile
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Work occasionally under pressure with a small team environment
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to demonstrate your numeracy and literacy skills
- Be able to identify and resolve basic problems for our customers
- Have good PC skills
Job Offer
This is a permanent full time position
This role is full time in the office, no hybrid working
