Client Details
Our Client are an Electrical equipment supplier based in Newbury.


Description
This Administrator & Warehouse Support role includes the following duties:

  • Planning and monitoring the storage, delivery, and dispatch of orders via Goods In, Goods Out systems.
  • Overseeing stock control and processing customers orders. This will entail reeling and "cutting cables" to length and packaging.
  • Keeping stock control up to date and reporting this.
  • Invoicing once goods have left the warehouse.
  • Arranging couriers and finding the best rates and most efficient and quickest delivery methods
  • Customer queries
  • Ensuring we are working to ISO standard as per our procedures
  • Responsible with warehouse security along with the rest of the team
  • Support within the warehouse and stock room
  • 80% administration, 20% warehouse support

Profile

  • Have excellent attention to detail
  • Work occasionally under pressure with a small team environment
  • Have good communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate your numeracy and literacy skills
  • Be able to identify and resolve basic problems for our customers
  • Have good PC skills

Job Offer
This is a permanent full time position

This role is full time in the office, no hybrid working
