Trainee Recruiter / Junior Sales Executive Cardiff / WFH to £25k+
Are you a bright, ambitious Sales Executive? You could cross train to a lucrative career in recruitment.

We are looking for highly motivated people to join our
Trainee Recruiter scheme.

Following a comprehensive training induction you will be recruiting for an established European client base, offering immediate significant uncapped earningpotential.

You won't be expected to do 360 with dedicated marketing, advertising, new business and back office teams to support you and help you reach your full potential.

Throughout your career you will receive extensive training in recruitment, sales techniques, technology, financial and business markets equipping you with the knowledge to rapidly progress your career from Recruitment Consultant to Account Manager to TeamLeader and beyond.

Recruitment is one of the fastest growing industries in the UK, offering the opportunity to work in a challenging and exciting environment where you can directly determine the level of your success and earning potential (this is NOT a HR role; it is a fastpaced sales position where you will have to get used to operating outside of your comfort zone).

There's clear career progression as a Trainee Recruiter - the speed and level of progression is down to you; one of our directors started as a trainee consultantin the role being advertised here and within four years progressed to Director level.

You'll be based in brand new offices in Cardiff (two minute walk from Queen Street station) with a range of first class facilities including break out area and onsite restaurant; following the initial training period you'll be able to work from home partof the week (around 2 days).

Requirements for Trainee Recruiter:

You're highly competitive, selfmotivated and driven by success
You're naturally bright, articulate and confident
You have excellent negotiation skills

Responsibilities as a Trainee Recruiter:

You'll earn a competitive base salary of £25k with uncapped commission
