We are looking for a
Management Accountant to join an amazing and fun activity bar inspired by the Olympic sport of clay target shooting.

They combine interactive clay target shooting with an exceptional customer experience, great food anddrinks in a spectacular space in central London.

Their first venue launched into the vibrant competitive socialising industry with a bang in November 2021.

They have ambitious growth plans to build a great global brand, expanding both domestically and intokey global markets where the appeal for Britishness and competitive socialising has tested strongly.

You will:

Be working closely with the Finance Director and external finance team you will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate management accounts to help the leadership team with its decision making.
Production of monthly management accounts and assisting with financial reporting
Posting of month end accruals, prepayments, and other journal entries
Managing accounts payable and receivable functions provided by external finance team
Preparation and submission of tax reports including VAT returns
Performing reconciliations of all balance sheet accounts
Maintenance of bank accounts and payment portals
Managing integration and testing of data systems (e.g. EPOS)
Assisting the FD with the annual budget, forecasts, and modelling
Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Skills and desired qualifications

ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or partqualified
Ideally minimum 3 years' experience in a similar finance role
Ability to positively communicate with colleagues and external bodies in order to form and maintain good working relationship
Proactive and independent thinker
Previous experience with Xero is desirable
