Part Time Inventory Clerk

We are looking to recruit a permanent Part Time Inventory Clerk to join our successful, friendly, and hardworking team based in Barnt Green.

Robert Oulsnam Lettings currently have seventeen members of staff in the department and over fifty-years' experience in the lettings industry.

We manage around 750 properties across the North Worcestershire and Birmingham region and are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA).

Carry out detailed inventory and checkout reports.
Carry out property inspections and viewing appointments.
Book viewing appointments.
To deal with all enquires in a polite and efficient manner.
To be responsible for the registration and qualification of applicants.
Ensure housing legislation is adhered to.
Provide an excellent standard of customer service.

Skills
An eye for detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent team player with the ability to work alone.

Excellent IT skills.

Experience: 1-2 years in the industry preferred.
