This Marketing & Social Media Executive role is with a forward-thinking, disruptive, finance provider, who market and advertise their products in a way that gets the brand noticed.

Their relatively quirky marketing tactics are very different to what the sector's used to, and will have certainly helped along their growth over the last couple of years.

If you're in product or brand led marketing positions, maybe fast fashion, or FMCG, etc and want to turn your hand to a very different proposition that will push you creatively, this could be the perfect opportunity.

The Job...
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll be responsible for developing engaging, innovative, and creative content and campaigns.

You'll be managing the businesses social media presence as well as coming up with creative ideas to further enhance the brand.

This is really collaborative firm with everyone enjoying coming into the modern Wilmslow office every day, so being easily commutable to Wilmslow is a must.

You'll be responsible for:

Assisting the strategic development of all digital channels.
Compiling weekly and monthly marketing reports for the senior team.
Assisting in identifying key trends to plan and develop brand content ideas for website and social channels.
Supporting the team to conceive, develop, and implement marketing idea and campaigns.
Collaborating with the creative team on brand content and campaign requirements.
Day to day management of social media channels, including creating social calendars.
Optimising and repurposing content to make sure it's targeting the right audiences across different platforms.
Regularly monitor and report on audience engagement including reposting, commenting and liking content and brand mentions.

About You...

Here's some of the key experience you'll need to demonstrate:

Experience running multiple social media channels including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok.
A solid knowledge of engagement metrics and creating reports.
Experience in creating content across different formats including short from and long form copy and videos.
A commercial mindset with the ability to analyse results and data to provide recommendations for improvements to marketing campaigns and activities.
A strong understanding of creative, content, and digital marketing trends.
Excellent written and verbal skills.
The ability to monitor and report on competitor activity within the social media space and online.

This is a financial services / lending company that's really going places. They're a relatively young business, but have grown massively in the couple of years since inception. They've developed to a team of 16 people and have ambitious, but realistic, growth plans over the coming years.

They also have a track record of promoting from within, so as the business grows, more opportunities for promotion prospects will naturally appear.

This is a full time, office based role, in Wilmslow, with standard hours Monday - Friday, 9am to 5.30pm. During the Summer months (June, July and August), you also get an early finish every Friday.
