AJ Connect are currently seeking a temporary Accounts Assistant with a public sector organisation.


You will play a crucial role in supporting the finance department by performing a variety of tasks including data entry, account reconciliation, and invoice processing.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Data entry and maintenance of financial records
  • Reconciliation of bank and credit card statements
  • Processing invoices and purchase orders
  • Providing support to the finance team in various projects
  • Assisting with monthend and yearend closing procedures
