We are seeking a full-time Positive Behaviour Support Lead on a permanent contract for our Primary provision.

What skills and experience are we looking for:

Experience of working with a range of student needs and Autism, is required.
Experience of working in a multidisciplinary team is desirable.
An eye for detail, for good communication skills
Excellent communication skills and a team player
Strong knowledge of positive behaviour support principles and strategies
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.
Empathy and compassion for individuals with behavioural challenges
Ability to remain calm in high stress situations.
