My City Centre based client is looking to recruit Administration assistants on a 6 month fixed term contract to provide a first class Administration service to the various Financial Services departments.

The role is offered on a permanent basis and willbe initially offered on a 6 month basis although this may be extended depending upon internal workloads.

The hours of work will be 9am - 5pm Monday through to Friday.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within an administrative role where the main duties and responsibilities will include

  • Providing high quality administrative support to the Wealth Services teams
  • Updating client records accordingly
  • Data entry
  • Assisting in ensuring client information is up to date
  • General administrative duties for example scanning, photocopying and filing
  • Maintaining service levels
  • Building and developing knowledge and understanding of the company and responsibilities of other departments
