The role of the HR Administrator will include:

  • Managing HR records diligently and accurately
  • Assisting in recruitment processes
  • Coordinating and scheduling training sessions
  • Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Handling HRrelated documentation
  • Event planning
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation
  • Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

The Successful Applicant:


A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience of working with a HR function
  • Solid knowledge of HR procedures and policies
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
  • The desire to learn and progress within the business
