Overview

Responsibilities

Manage procurement inbox.
Work with internal stakeholders to identify purchasing needs.
Research and identify potential suppliers, evaluate their products or services, and compare prices and quality.
Place purchase orders and manage delivery of goods and services to ensure timely delivery and accurate quantities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
Maintain accurate records of all purchasing activities including contracts, purchase order and delivery schedules.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to identify and implement cost savings opportunities and process improvements.

Experience and Skills

2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Ability to analyse data to support with purchasing decisions.
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and experience using P2P system Proactis (desirable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
