About The Role

The Education Development Manager will manage our education team, who deliver our targeted programmes in primary and secondary settings, focusing on improving and developing these programmes while assuring and measuring impact.

The Education Development Manager will manage projects and programmes (with our values), grow our work in community settings (with quality) and further develop (with diversity) Leicester City in the Community's projects and programmes that impact on engagement,achievement, attendance and employability, ensuring the Education team make a measurable contribution to our Strategy and Business Plan.

Who We're Looking For

Essential requirements:

A minimum of 2 years' experience in a comparable role
Experience of developing and supporting a diverse team
Experience of developing relationships with a wide range of internal and external partners at all levels.
Educated to degree level
Committed, selfmotivated and driven.

Contract Type:

Permanent

Hours Per Week-Full time, 37.5 hours. You will be required to work outside of normal office hours, at evenings and weekends. Some home working permitted.

Location - Leicester City Football Club, King Power Stadium, Filbert Way, Leicester LE2 7FL.
