About the Role

***Working closely with members of faculty at all levels, including senior management, our current team of 7 Teaching and Learning Consultants provide expertise in the areas of technology enhanced learning; online materials development (leading on the design of modules for our world-leading Global Online MBA and other online courses); pedagogic innovation; assessment and feedback. In addition, Teaching and Learning Consultants play a strategic role in the implementation of various School-wide initiatives to improve the quality of teaching and learning.


About You

***You will need to have significant experience of online learning design, with up-to-date knowledge of current developments in distance and blended learning. You should also have a good understanding of other key aspects of Higher Education, such as assessment practices and curriculum design.


You will need excellent communication skills, good organisational ability and experience in the implementation of new learning and teaching technologies and approaches, ideally in Higher Education.

You will preferably have prior experience of management education.
