Overview of role


You will support on all of the tasks involved in implementing and activating our clients' campaigns from planning stages, campaign set up and through to post-campaign reporting, giving a broad understanding of all aspects of the workings of a digital media campaign.

Measures of success

In three months, you will**:


  • Familiarise yourself with the processes and tools utilised across your clients and shadow campaign activation

In six months, you will**:


  • Own campaign pacing docs and other campaign implementation tasks, working closely with your client comms planning team
  • Build relationships with key media owners getting to understand their products and innovations

In 12 months, you will**:


  • Own all tasks related to implementing digital campaigns across your roster of clients
  • Assist the briefing and evaluation of digital proposals working up campaign recommendations in response to your client's briefs

Responsibilities of the role

  • Working with our Ops Team to ensure the timely and accurate implementation of campaigns for your roster of clients
  • Management of campaign pacing across multiple digital campaigns liasing with media partners
  • Reporting on campaign performance assisting the Planner Buyers with any issues
  • Knowledge of key media partner products and innovations
  • Close collaboration with wider members of the client team to ensure campaign deliverables are achieved

  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Full working understanding of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
