We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague to join the Systems & Compliance team of our Admissions Service.


The busy and varied role of the Admissions Officer (DBS, Data & Compliance) has primary responsibility for applicant and student checks with the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS); Health checks and ensuring we remain compliant in regards our process and procedures in regard to GDPR.


You will be involved in delivering online training relating to our processes, to new members of the team, within our Leeds office and those colleagues based overseas.

You will also actively contribute to process reviews and system developments to support a continuous improvement approach to the applicant journey.

In addition to experience of developing and training in procedures, you will possess:

  • Knowledge of the DBS procedures
  • Excellent communication, administration skills, with great attention to detail
  • A positive attitude and the ability to build effective relationships in this customerfocused service
  • Ability to work confidently on own initiative, to multitask and work well under pressure
