Clinical lead - Nursing Home

Hourly rate:
£2- Negotiable depending on experience

Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Clinical lead to join a fully compliant Nursing Home.

Located in Nottingham this elderly Nursing Home has a fantastic local reputation and is part of a friendly organisation that value theirstaff and offer great incentives.

The home provides specialist residential care for our elderly community and those suffering with dementia. As a clinical lead, you will be required to oversee clinical services and may oversee a team. This would include supervision of staff and ensuringtraining is up-to date.

You may also be required to create and maintain care plans as well as planning and attending meetings with family, the team, or external bodies.


The home has had a 'Good' CQC rating, and the clinical lead would be expected to maintain this rating alongside the deputy manager and home manager.


To be considered for this role you will need:

  • NMC pin required
  • A proven track record in home management as a manager or deputy manager.
  • Elderly / dementia experience.
  • A sound knowledge of the CQC and applicable legislation / standards.
