Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic hard working patient pathway co-ordinator and clinical administrator to work part-time within the Children's Community Nursing (CCN) Service.


The post holder will provide high-quality administrative support to the Patch CCN team and an asthma research trial (called TEAMcare) that members of the team will be delivering.

This is an exciting opportunity to support innovative ways to improve asthma care for local children and young people and their families in Lambeth and Southwark.

Please note applicants will be expected to complete a Microsoft Excel assessment at the point of interview.

Interviews will take place on7 June 2023and will be face-to-face.


The Patient Pathway Coordinator and clinical administrator will provide high-quality administrative support to the Patch CCN team and the TEAMcare trial.

By working closely with a wide range of clinical, academic and managerial staff, and providing high standard of administrative support, the post holder will ensure patients receive treatment as soon as possible and ensure trial patient recruitment targets are met.


The post holder is responsible for providing a high standard of professional and patient focused service and will support the Patch CCN service and TEAMcare trial on a day-to day operational basis.

The post holder will often be the first point of contact for the TEAMcare trial and will be required to communicate in a professional and courteous manner.

The post holder will answer general queries and explain information relating to the Patch CCN service and the TEAMcare trial.

The post holder will be expected to work in Becket House, SE1 7EU and potentially some community sites.
