Customer Service Adviser
Salary - £19,000 + Bonus OTE (£25,000)
Hours: 37.5 working shift patterns 8am - 8pm
1 in 3 Saturdays will be required
You will be expected to make OUTBOUND calls for this role.

My client a leading Estate Agent based in North Leeds seeks a target driven Customer Service Adviser to join their team.

Customer Service Advisor duties:

To make outbound calls to build direct customer relationships in order to promote and sell all related services.
To recommend related services to customers which will generate revenue.
To be responsible for accurately recording all information collated from telephone contact on the databases.
To refer all specific enquiries to the correct departments.
To ensure all calls are answered promptly and efficiently.
To value the people we work with and their diversity by being selfaware.
Any other duties as required
