RME Consultants are working with an organisation in the Oxford area to find an Administrator to join their growing team.

Role:
Office Administrator


Salary:
£25,000 - £27,000 per annum


Working Hours:
Monday - Friday, Full time (3 days in the office per week)


Contract:
Permanent


Location:
Oxford, Oxfordshire


Main Duties for the Office Administrator:


  • Respond to incoming calls and greet clients:

Provide assistance with sensitive client issues as necessary:


  • Engage in communication with clients and provide regular updates:

Manage correspondence pertaining to financial matters:


  • Receive and distribute incoming mail, both physical and electronic:

Retrieve necessary information from files as required:


  • Efficiently process and distribute documents:

Organize and schedule appointments, conferences, and meetings:


  • Provide administrative support, including tasks such as copying, scanning, and faxing:

Maintain precise records of various tasks:


  • Regularly review bank accounts to verify accurate spending and organize necessary top-ups from investment sources.

Experience requirement for the Office Administrator:


  • Prior experience in customer service within an office setting:
