We are pleased to be recruiting for
1x Recruitment Resourcer to join our clients growing team based in our Leeds office.

5 day working week £20k-£25k
Due to continued growth, positions have come available.

This will include identifying leads, referrals, and commercial information, provide pre
- employment compliance checks and ensure the CRM system is updated at all times. You will meet KPI targets set by your manager on a weekly basisand demonstrate our core behaviours, which include, resilience, drive, teamwork, influencing and initiative.

The Successful Applicant To be considered for this EXCITING opportunity

you will be able to demonstrate your commitment to joining a high performing team, to spend time working as a resourcer and looking to progress into a recruitment consultant role in the future.

You will have experience of working to targets to achieve maximum performance.

You will be willing to learn in a high volume, fast paced environment, whilst being able to take constructive feedback on board to further enhance your performance in the role.

No previous experience is needed; however you must show a desire to want to build a long term career within recruitment.
