Our SVP Digital Transformation & Technology and team helps maximize the global and local potential of our Travel and Customer management digital ecosystem.

You will lead the efforts to re-imagine digital tech travel through your digital thought leadership and expertise to help create the worlds most valued travel ecosystem.


The SVP team exists to lead the digital transformation of our company business, enabling and unlocking our product business areas to drive growth at pace.

With a particular focus on creating added value through the transformation of digital tools, platforms, technologies and services, the role works in close collaboration with our global and regional product leadership teams.


_ Key responsibilities:
_


  • Contribute to the overall Collinson Digital Product Strategy, via a matrix organisation, seeking to improve and align standards of technical competencies
  • Ensure the development and implementation of a digital strategy for Collinson with the regional leads (EMEA, APAC and the Americas) regularly calibrating delivering on our Globally Managed regionally embed delivery vision.
  • Support Product Management in establishing and prioritising product roadmaps recommending digital/ technology solutions, using a mix of insourced, outsourced, onshore and offshore resources to deliver a global digital service.


  • Identify new tools

  • AI, digital, CRM that can support, enhance and improve our solutions, building on digital capabilities across the organisation
  • Negotiate and own the technology budget, optimising the technology investment.
  • Establish governance over digital assets, investments, and decisions across the management team in order to manage the levels of risk through mandated processes and procedures.
  • Align and improve the link between strategic business themes, through incremental development of capabilities based on business value prioritisation, leveraging the latest approaches for lean based budgeting, program increment planning and iterative and agile practices.
  • Work with the CIO, Group Information Security, and CTOs to deliver the Collinson technology strategy, ensuring security and integrity is maintained and remain accountability for PCI DSS accreditation and other such mandated standards

  • Expert in digital technology solutioning and Agile product development.
  • Proficient in methods and techniques for the assessment and management of business risk including safetyrelated risk.
  • Understands the needs, objectives and constraints of those in other disciplines and functions such as product and platform teams supplying services.
  • Knows how to make a sustainable business case through effective benefits management, and demonstrates the ability to make, and take responsibility for, adventurous and innovative decisions on major technical and service delivery issues.
