We have opportunities within our team for Bank Admin/Receptionists to come and join us, working in our GP practices receiving, assisting and directing our patients to access the appropriate service or healthcare professional.


The role of a Bank Admin/Receptionist is a varied role due to the amount of areas that you could cover, with the main emphasis of this role currently being to provide additional support across the organisation in responding to incoming calls at peak times - typically between 08:00 to 12:00.


Duties include processing telephone requests for appointments, visits, prescription queries and other general enquiries; ensuring callers are directed to the appropriate healthcare professional and maintaining the practice's appointment systems accordingly.

To be successful in this role you will possess excellent interpersonal and IT skills and have relevant office/secretarial experience. You must have effective communication skills and be adaptable to meet the service needs.
