Employment Type: 12 month Fixed-Term Contract (Hybrid working 2 days in the office per week)


As a Financial Promotions Co-ordinator you will support the Financial Promotions Department with providing an approvals service for the Partnership and Corporate departments on marketing and promotional communications.

These could include advertising campaigns, adverts, editorials, website content, brochures etc.

The purpose of this vital service is to ensure that all client facing initiatives are compliant, balanced and reflective of the SJP brand.


What you'll be doing:


  • Monitoring the Financial Promotions inbox and sorting the queries from the cases that require setting up
  • Answering the noncomplex queries where able
  • Set up new cases on the CRM System (NetSuite), recording who submitted the item, what the item is and where it is being used
  • Send out confirmation of approvals to the submitters and update the CRM system accordingly
  • Updating the CRM system with any changes to Practices, such as change of name or additional Practice to add
  • Reviewing items that haven't been worked on to ensure that there are no outstanding requirements
  • Keeping other administration tasks up to date.

Who we're looking for:


  • Knowledge of Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams is desirable
  • Previous Administration experience is desirable
  • Excellent attention to detail, as well as strong organisation skills is needed
  • An investigative approach when dealing with queries or anomalies
  • High level of interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to influence and persuade
