Job Description:


We're looking for a tech savvy experienced Product Marketing Lead to promote our payment products and services through digital channels.


Reporting to the Merchant Services Commercialisation Director, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns and collateral for our embedded finance program.

This role will serve as a trusted partner to Sales, Product and Marketing teams.

As a Marketing Lead, you'll have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop effective marketing strategies to communicate the features and benefits of the payment product and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create go-to-market strategies, help develop marketing campaigns and content to effectively target (drive customer acquisition, retention and expansion).
  • Create powerful marketing messages and unique selling points that set the product apart from the market.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into the customers' needs and experience, to position the product.
  • In collaboration with the Marketing team, create and maintain the marketing plans to deliver marketing campaigns.
  • Analyse marketing campaigns effectiveness and continually optimise the marketing and sales strategies.
  • Train the sales teams on how to position, sell and demonstrate the product.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Ideally 5+ years in product marketing, preferably in the payment industry
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with multiple teams across the organisation
  • Effective communication & interpersonal skills, able to create unique stories to help sell the product
  • Strong copywriting skills to produce compelling sales materials
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity in a fastpaced environment
