Location:
Norwich
- hybrid working with office working a couple of days per week
Contract:
Part time
- 24 hours per week (ideal working pattern Tuesday to Friday) & full time (40 hrs) available
Responsibilities
As Plant Administrator you will be working in our shared services plant admin team across out Anglian Water IMDS, IMR and IOS contracts to oversee the procurement of hired in plant equipment for site.
Your day to day will include:
- Dealing with verbal and written requests for plant
- Maintaining accurate information and records including servicing queries
- Provide weekly reports on plant status
- Maintaining procedures and processes vital for the efficient and effective operations of the Solutions Delivery Team
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be key as you ensure timely on and off hires of equipment

This role of Plant Administrator is great for you if you hold:
- Experience working within an office/ depot environment in a similar role
- Good IT skills, particularly in MS Office and bale to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
