Kingswood Group are working with a large international charity to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to support their UK office.
This role is newly created and reporting the HR Director. The position is a full-time, permanent opportunity and offershybrid working in the City of London.Key skills, experience and attributes required include:
- CIPD qualified (Level 7 ideally)
- People management experience with a track record of managing, motivating and developing people
- Experience of managing complex employee relations issues and coaching line managers through processes to deal with performance management, disciplinary and grievance issues
- Experience of promoting diversity and inclusion through your work and able to demonstrate how you have made a contribution to creating a more inclusive culture at work
- Good stakeholder engagement and management experience
- Solutions focused, ability to work with good initiative and autonomy
- Being a great team player
This is a great opportunity to build on your existing HR experience in a newly created HRBP that will challenge and reward you.
The role requires 1-2 days a week in the office for HR team meetings but flexibility to work in the office when required for thebusiness.
