Our client, a well-established and highly regarded legal practice based in West Yorkshire, are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Fast Track personal injury fee earner to join their rapidly growing catastrophic injury department in an initial trainee capacity.

Applications will also be considered from experienced Defendant litigation lawyers for this role.

All levels of PQE considered.

You will act for Claimants who have suffered life-changing injuries, dealing with complex, catastrophic claims. The team deals with a range of serious injury files including RTA and EL/PL matters.

You will gain exposure to the most complex of injury claims such as serious brain injury, spinal injuries and loss of limbs.

In addition to a fantastically generous benefits package, the firm also offers agile working, enabling to spend the bulk of your time working from home if you so choose.

You will be provided with all the support needed to work from home on a regular basis.

However, during the initial 9-12 months with the business, during which time you will be re-training into catastrophic injury work, you will be required to spend a minimum of 2 days per week working in the West Yorkshire office.
Opportunities to progress within the business will be afforded to those who perform well and are commercially driven.

Salary:
£30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
