_Recra is working in partnership_ with a leading global business that is a specialist in Heavy engineering, they are keen to recruit a Depot Admin to join their vibrant team
The Role:
- Arranging parts and bookworm.
- Liaising with customers to agree on additional work identified through vehicle/machine health checks.
- Help with office admin which includes invoicing and inputting information and booking services.
- Producing accurate estimates to send to the customer, following up with customers to agree on work, and recording outcomes to determine the success of vehicle/machine health checks.
Duties:
- Build strong and positive relationships with customers.
- Feedback on any important customer information to the Company.
- To monitor the backend systems and compile estimates for required further work.
- Contact customers and sell identified work and other products and services we offer.
- To liaise with the Parts department and hand over parts sales leads identified.
- To liaise with Service Supervisors/Controllers keeping them informed of any critical machine health concerns.
- Inputting information to create worksheets.
- Helping to invoice customers and to follow up on order numbers.
- Occasional overtime on Saturday mornings, when required.
- Any other duties as deemed necessary to fulfill the role.
Criteria:
- Proven track record of Parts/ Service sales roles within the Construction or similar industry.
- Computer literate.
- Experience with Workshop Management Systems.
- Clean driving license and good driving record.
