Production Operative for our client based in
Kettering

Our clients company was originally founded to reuse corrugated boxes after WW- staying focused on encouraging and providing greener alternatives, using renewable and sustainable sources, as well as recycled materials.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Adhere to health and safety requirements and instructions
  • Report concerns, accidents, faults or damage to the Site Manager
  • Machinery maintenance, ensuring safe and efficient operation
  • Making sure high standard of quality is adhered to at all times
  • Completing all relevant documentation
  • Training colleagues on new equipment and supporting them when requested
  • Maintain a clean, organised and tidy environment to ensure efficient working practices

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Strong team management skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Quality awareness
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team

Salary:
£20,391.21-£49,697.57 per year


Ability to Commute:

  • Kettering (required)
