Archives & Records Assistant - London, United Kingdom - Kings Recruitment Consultants
Description
Respond to client requests accurately, maintaining a high level of service at all times- Ensure all requests are completed in a timely manner
- Create and deliver barcodes accurately, reporting any errors or duplicates
- Delivering and collecting files from clients within the office
- Liaise with offsite storage providers to process requests of records for delivery
- Maintain the records management system and perform data entry tasks
Ideally you will have:
- Experience of record management systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient IT skills
- MS Office (Word & Excel)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail
Job Type:
Permanent
Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
