Description
Respond to client requests accurately, maintaining a high level of service at all times

  • Ensure all requests are completed in a timely manner
  • Create and deliver barcodes accurately, reporting any errors or duplicates
  • Delivering and collecting files from clients within the office
  • Liaise with offsite storage providers to process requests of records for delivery
  • Maintain the records management system and perform data entry tasks

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience of record management systems
  • Excellent communication skills


  • Proficient IT skills

  • MS Office (Word & Excel)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Attention to detail

Job Type:
Permanent


Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
