Description

With support from Team Leader (Kernowflex) and immediate team members, work with managers and management teams in Care Groups in order to supply temporary staffing requirements in an efficient and effective manner.

Provide advice and guidance to ensure that best practice is developed and maintained in terms of temporary workforce management and deployment.

To work with colleagues to ensure that effective information is provided to Care Groups and other management groups on HR temporary workforce performance measures.

Ensure that relevant and timely information is provided to the temporary workers and queries and concerns are appropriately actioned.
