Duties:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
- Upsell products or services to customers where appropriate
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner
- Analyse customer needs to provide suitable solutions
- Maintain phone etiquette standards at all times

- Bilingual fluency is essential for this role
