The Commercial Litigation Department is a very vibrant and inclusive team where every member is valued and recognised for their contribution.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate meetings to including room bookings, diary management, preparing agendas and reporting.
- Monitor and manage office attendance.
- Assist HoD in personnel matters where appropriate.
- Manage departmental workflow.
- Coordinate recruitment and departures working alongside relevant crossdepartmental functions (HR/IT).
- Coordinate operational functions of the department.
- Point of contact across all interdepartmental functions (IT, HR, Marketing, Training, Finance).
- Collaborate with compliance department to ensure our regulatory obligations are met.
- Events: coordinate client and staff socials.
- Oversee budgets and spend.
- Assist with ad hoc secretarial tasks such as billing, file opening/closing.
- Ad hoc assistance to HoD where necessary.
- Work well under pressure and under unexpected deadlines.
- Great attention to detail.
- IT literate
- Excellent time management and organisational qualities.
- Proactive and able to prioritise and manage deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Adaptable to changing work tasks.
- Able to work very well as a part of a team.
- Demonstrate confidentiality and integrity.
A minimum of 25 days' annual leave plus office closure between Christmas and New Year
