Description

The Commercial Litigation Department is a very vibrant and inclusive team where every member is valued and recognised for their contribution.


Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate meetings to including room bookings, diary management, preparing agendas and reporting.
  • Monitor and manage office attendance.
  • Assist HoD in personnel matters where appropriate.
  • Manage departmental workflow.
  • Coordinate recruitment and departures working alongside relevant crossdepartmental functions (HR/IT).
  • Coordinate operational functions of the department.
  • Point of contact across all interdepartmental functions (IT, HR, Marketing, Training, Finance).
  • Collaborate with compliance department to ensure our regulatory obligations are met.
  • Events: coordinate client and staff socials.
  • Oversee budgets and spend.
  • Assist with ad hoc secretarial tasks such as billing, file opening/closing.
  • Ad hoc assistance to HoD where necessary.

  • IT literate
  • Excellent time management and organisational qualities.
  • Proactive and able to prioritise and manage deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
