As HFM Assistant, you will undertake all administrative, reporting and coordination tasks within the Estates Team at Bishop Auckland Hospital.

Key Responsibilities
******:

To upload PPMs from CAFM system to the site team and submit completed documentation, once reviewed, to compliance asset management systems:


  • To ensure timely and accurate filing of paperwork e.g. PPMs, reports and breakdowns

To liaise with contractors to coordinate site visits and schedule works, and to ensure contractor information and databases are kept up to date
***:

To obtain quotations and raise purchase orders for managers when required ensuring that the information is recorded on the period balance sheet
***:

To maintain and enhance effective working relationships with the client, colleagues and other interested organisations and individuals
***:
-
To assist managers in ensuring that quality monitoring, activity reporting and performance monitoring is properly implemented and maintained

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications
******:

Previous experience in administration, preferably within the HFM and Healthcare sector
***:

A professional level of communication and IT skills, with good general education:


  • Experience or proven ability in working as part of a team/own initiative
***:
-
Ability to communicate both written and verbal to senior management level
***:
-
Ability to solve problems in an effective manner
***:
-
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
***:
-
Experience of CAFM system and Track record preferable
***:
-
Excellent organizational skills
***:
-
Ability to handle large amounts of data accurately and in a timely manner
