Propeller Studios Limited is a SaaS business based in Hitchin Hertfordshire. Established in 2001, it has provided business operations and document management software for 20+ profitable years. Our software products and apps are especially well utilised within the construction sector to drive efficiency and productivity. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team.
As a Customer Success Apprentice, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers' needs are met and exceeded.
You'll work closely with our experienced Customer Success team to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to provide top-tier support and guidance to our valued clients.
This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer success within a Saas Business.
Apprenticeship overview:

Salary:£6.40 an hour, _Automatic pay increase after one year on programme for 19+ year-olds_

Working week: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding new customers, providing product demonstrations, and guiding them through the setup process.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams such as Sales, Product Development, and Marketing to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through personalized support and strategic guidance.
- Contribute to the development of educational resources, tutorials, and other materials to empower customers to maximize the value of our products or services.
Qualifications:
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building meaningful relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required.
