Description

Executive Assistant opportunity starting in February to join an established and innovative consumer goods brand. Joining initially on a fixed term 12-month contract you will support the CEO in day-to-day EA tasks and assist on projects, office managementand HR admin duties.


Whilst this contract will initially be for 12-months to cover maternity leave, there is every possibility this will become permanent.


This will suit an experienced EA who is used to working in a fast paced, entrepreneurial / SME / start up environment who enjoys a hands-on approach.


Package:


  • Basic salary to 40k per annum.
  • Immediate start: midFebruary to allow for a handover.
  • Health cash plan, pension, 21 days holiday (increases with service).
  • Lostock Gralam based Head Office (nearest train station is 0.5 miles).
  • Monday to Friday, officebased role 5 days per week, car parking onsite.
  • Flexible start and finish times.

Role:


  • Diary management
  • EA duties.
  • Facilitating internal communications, being the first point of contact for all ad hoc queries.
  • Project management.
  • Working with the CEO in issuing all Shareholder & Board communications.
  • Organising international travel across the team, liaising with appointed travel partner.
  • Provide support / advice to the Office Coordinator in all aspects of Office Management.
  • HR Administration, liaising with Payroll and Legal Specialist.

Experience required:


  • Have experience in a similar role, ideally within an SME environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, experienced managing demanding schedule and tight deadlines.
  • Be highly approachable, professional, and flexible.
  • A strong team player with problemsolving skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
  • Ability to work with sensitive and confidential material.
  • An awareness / experience of HR admin and office management duties.
