Our Service Leads / Home Manager work closely with social care teams, mental health practitioners and YOI teams to ensure a clear support plan with set objectives.

Outcomes our monitored and progress tracked, packages are reviewed in line with the young person's progress.

We're looking for a person-centred Service Lead who shares the same values we do. In addition to a competitive pay rate we offer a fantastic sleep-in rate.


Essential

  • Experience of leading a team ideally in a residential setting
  • Professional or Personal experience working with Children and Young People
  • Able to work in a challenging environment
  • Driver (company provide a car / mini bus during working hours)
  • Able to work unsociable hours when required (evenings, nights and weekends)

Linx 16+ in Hatfield is part of the seven services within the portfolio each providing a 24/7 service for our young people.

We are looking for a Service Lead to run our service day to day with the support of our operations team.

You will be required to manage a small staff team including rota's, development and supervision.

Safeguarding our staff team and the young people will be the heart of the role and where we would like your passion to be.

We are unique in the way we work with our young people and have had some amazing successes with our tailored support packages.
