We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail orientated
Payroll Administrator to join our Finance team, based in Strathclyde Business Park Bellshill.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process & manage the full payroll cycle for UK and EU employees, including taking ownership of the endtoend weekly payroll processing cycles, ensuring that all statutory reporting is processed in a timely manner; these include P11D's, PAYE/NIC, FPS, Deductions etc.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely payment of weekly wages and monthly salaries in alignment with monthly payroll and autoenrolment deadlines.
  • Answering all payroll, pensions and HMRC queries from key stakeholders both within and out with the business.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations to address payrollrelated inquiries and discrepancies.
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and contribute to the development and improvement of payroll processes.
  • Other duties in line with this position as required by the Finance Manager.

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience as a Payroll Assistant/ Administrator or similar role, with specific exposure to UK and EU payroll.
  • Knowledge of payroll software and proficiency in MS packages including Excel.
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing payroll.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
